Affordable Building Projects Work description: Structural Beam Replacement in Load Bearing Wall between the kitchen and the back room. Kirk Smith from Affordable Building Projects came out to quote for the job and I have to say I was confident, I wanted them to do the job by the time he left. Kirk, quoted for the whole job including all fees for the Structural Engineer and the Local Council Building Regulations. They did the job within 2 days and the following day after it was finished, the Council Passed the Job.
